I think shifting our primary focus from 'T' to something else is the first step in habituation. As long as we are thinking about 'T' be it in a positive way or negative, wont help much in habituation. We have to get rid of the connections of our brain with 'T'.

I saw a member here named Stephanie LC who got T after perforating her eardrum accidentally from a toy. She was an active member here from january 2017 to june 2017,and was on another forum until july 2017. After that , she suddenly vanished.

Yes, As Iam working in a Maldivian island now, to get a second opinion is very difficult. However ,I quit my job and going back India this December. Want to see what doc have to say after inspection. On phone consultation,he told it might be a scar or blood clog on eardrum.
