For me alcohol makes it better until the next day. Then it's real bad. Caffeine makes it worse right after I drink it.

That's how mine was. Started really loud in my right ear which is the one with pressure. Then after about 3 months started to move around. It typically is never in both though, unless I drink a lot of caffeine or alcohol.
