I've been using them (600, 700 and 800 range) now -not consistent- since May. For me it helps against the H worsening after (normal) noise exposure. I wholeheartedly hope otherwise for other patients, but I've abandoned the idea that my T will ever be cured by whatever treatment currently...

@Jan64 there are too many options on the konftec website. Red and infrared... as well different wavelengths... the required wavelength stands in relation to the frequency of the T if am correct? Makes it hard to choose.. any advise?

@Jan64 would you recommend me the (newer) conftec models or the laser of dr Wilden?

I must also add that I stopped drinking coffee a week ago. My withdrawal effects are tiredness and memory loss. I asked Dr. W. whether I could drink coffee. He said I could so I started adding a cup of coffee and immediately my T became more prominent.. So I will stop coffee.. What works for me...
