Hello everyone.
I have sudden hearing loss and more tinnitus in my left ear. The doctor told me that I have earwax buildup. I am worried about the ear wax removal procedure.

I'm looking for a similar device to Sound Oasis S-650, but one that would also support playing YouTube videos.

Any suggestions for such a product?!
Hello Emily ,
Welcome to tinnitustalk which is a great support forum.
I want to ask you how you dealt with tinnitus these seven years ? What was your daily routine?
Thank you for your response.
I have found a supplement that reduces the frequency of tinnitus from Greece.
It would be good if some members of the forum tried this treatment and reviewed the product in this thread.

Hello everyone,
Does your fan mask the high pitched tinnitus when you sleep or not? If not, what can be done to improve the masking?
Thank you for your response.
Hello John Rose ,
I hope you are doing well. I would advice you to put a fan on and to take 5mg melatonine before your sleep that will be a great help for you.
I would say :
1)Take melatonine supplements to sleep well.
2) listen to relaxing music when you feel you are stressed out .
3) Listen to relaxing music when your study .
4) Take breaks as often as you feel you need it .
Hello everyone,
It would be a good idea if everyone gives his routine with tinnitus on a daily basis.
For example for me I take Anafranil (antidepressant), Vitamin B complex and Atarax.
And for sleeping I let my fan on.
What about you?
