    Mine is fading slowwwly. it's Been 5 months. I got mine from 1 gunshot in an enclosed space. I take really good care of my ears normally and have never had an acoustic trauma or issue before.

    Yes!! It's fading, ever so slowly. 5 months as of the 16th. And about half the intensity it was last month. I get a spike about once a week now when just last month it was about ever 2 or 3 days.     First of all I'm talking about something moderately salty. its not exactly the same thing. diabetes can be life threatening whereas what happens to me is temporary as in spike for a few hours with no threats to my health as opposed to something that is crazy high in salt, which I wont eat.

    salt spikes my T but very temporarily. I eat it anyway because I'm not going to let T control my life. However, I do read the sodium content on most foods and if it's crazy I dont eat it because it's unhealthy and if T is going to do some good in my life at least it can make me eat healthier!!!!

    I have the same thing. noise induced t but also jaw and neck pain. mine were pre existing however but have gotten worse since.. I think one made the other worse. Maybe you had it but didnt notice it and since youre more aware of that area, youre more in tune with the pain.

    I have the same. I think with the stress of T we tend to clench and the clenching makes the t worse. it's a vicious cycle. I try to be aware of it. Also, my neck hurts a lot.
