Everything Is Great: Tinnitus Has No Impact on My Daily Life — My Advice Is the Following...

I was averaging 4 hours too and this is not a good sleep by any means. Melatonin didn't help me. I had the same worries. Speak to your doctor about your worries regarding ototoxicity, like I did. He will gladly arrange for the appropriate medication. Remember they are the experts this is why...

Everything Is Great: Tinnitus Has No Impact on My Daily Life — My Advice Is the Following...

Thanks! Yes I believe the questions in everyone's mind here on the forum are: "will it ever stop? when will it stop?". I used to scroll desperately on the forum trying to cling on a hopeful post. Well here it is, without selling anything that doesn't work. It is the truth. That is why I came...

Everything Is Great: Tinnitus Has No Impact on My Daily Life — My Advice Is the Following...

From what I see, you got tinnitus this month? I totally get it, during my first month, I wasn't even able to focus in order to play scrabble, while in my spare time I wanted to kill myself. Now it's been 2 years (don't worry, it doesn't take that long), and until recently I was immersed...

Yes, but it doesn't affect my daily life not even in the 0.1% range. And if that is the case for me, considering where I started, which was a very bad place, I strongly believe this can be the case for everyone.

Everything Is Great: Tinnitus Has No Impact on My Daily Life — My Advice Is the Following...

Hi everyone, I haven't been on the forum for a very long time as I am perfectly OK. I logged in just to make this post. I had a cocktail of tinnitus and hyperacusis. I couldn't even go out on the street. The ringing is still there, but I don't have ANY problem with it in my daily life. Some...

I Invented a Sound That Knocked Out My Tinnitus

RMS has completely nothing to do with the Nyquist theorem. Are you saying the Nyquist theorem is wrong? 1) 44100 kHz sampling rate translates to approximately 20kHz output from the Nyquist theorem. That's a fact. 2) Assuming you have a higher sampling rate, all audio equipment in the chain of...

It's clearly stated that it's residual inhibition. It's the exact opposite of notch therapy. I don't know if continuous residual inhibition makes permanent changes in the brain due to neuroplasticity, but who knows, maybe that's the way bimodal neuromodulation works like Neuromod, excluding...

Ok now you are comparing it to being castrated meaning no urge. If you have the urge but no erection it's a madness comparable if not greater than tinnitus. Having no urge due to castration and no erection are two completely different stories. It's not an enjoyment like pastry, it's instinct...

True, a few headphones do produce them, however the sound card might not and what have you. If you were suggesting that your treatment works only with these specific kind of headphones, then my bad. However and most important of all, we can't hear ultrasonics that's why they are called...

Google has an algorithm that determines which sites come up first on a keyword search like the keyword 'tinnitus'. One of the factors that favor the x site to come up first or not, is how often this keyword is mentioned on the site.

I think only psychiatrists can prescribe antipsychotics (in my country that's the law).
