@hans799 has mild tinnitus, MML 10 dB if I'm right. He's happy with Lenire. Mine's 6x that MML. Lenire certainly looks good for mild/placebo level results. The recent bad feedback makes me realize it may not be worth the risk if your tinnitus is catastrophic.
