I notice i was having fleeting T when I was really worried about it. You might feel tense or anxious. Try some relaxation methods, I highly doubt it will become constant. You will be fine :)

Something similar in a way is happening to me but the opposite. It was bad now its getting better sometimes i dont hear it at all for the day. Then the following morning ringing in my right ear. I just think T has mood swings lol you never know, but when it is in a good mood i enjoy it.

It may be hyperacusis but i know in my case it was a lil of that and my mind. Because i was soo concern about my T i was sensitive about loud noises because i felt like my T would get louder if I was expose to it.
