I guess that's pretty good for you as you can have no tinnitus and mild tinnitus at times, rather than my constant pitches. Do you have a good decibel volume where you'd recommend what's "comfortable" or "safe"?

But what is it exactly about using headphones/buds at low volumes (below 65 dB) that makes it worse? How is that different from being in a room full of people that rates 65 dB or listening to music from speakers that is at 65 dB?

Frustrated with how some things are going

I found the app, it's called "TinnitusPlay". I'm having some difficulty in using it. And when using the Match and Test feature, though there is an option to "Save" your sounds, it does not. Seems like a glitch in the app. Anyone with experience on the app who can help?

I read all of this. Every post. Just started. It’s been two hours and I have 11 entries. This is really hard. Had to skip when driving home. It’s literally every second.
