Clarity on "No Cure" for "Permanent" Hearing Loss Induced Tinnitus?

I've had mushrooms before my tinnitus became severe and I don't think it had any effect. With the current severe reactive form I have now, I get panic attacks on weed, let alone mushshrooms. The others I haven't tried.

    Marijuana / Cannabis and Tinnitus

I was high as hell when I got permanent tinnitus from music. I would still smoke, but after wasting 10 years of life on drugs, I realized it's not worth it. Anything that intoxicates the mind and clouds the judgment is bad luck imo. I'm also against meds unless needed. Ativan gave me...

Will You Get Vaccinated for Coronavirus (COVID-19)? Can It Make Tinnitus or Hyperacusis Worse?

It was the worst fever I ever had being unvaxxed, but it didn't do anything to my tinnitus. The ear infection did the most damage for me. Ativan also made it worse, but I had to take that as I was panicking.

My Experience: Aspartame and Caffeine Are Huge Contributors to Tinnitus

Reactive Tinnitus — Removal of Reactivity. Is It Possible?

I had non-reactive tinnitus for 10 years and had no idea that there was such a thing. Now, just a few minutes of music from my high quality phone will make my tinnitus louder. The nerves are very weak. You have to make the hearing nerves stronger.

From Severe to Very Mild Tinnitus and How I Did It with Mentha Arvensis Tea

Only 30% of those with hearing loss have tinnitus. Also, tinnitus makes it more difficult to pass a hearing test. Hopefully, we can get about 2 people to try it out. I like to keep an open mind.

From Severe to Very Mild Tinnitus and How I Did It with Mentha Arvensis Tea

I should have been more specific. The mentha arvensis makes it more difficult to find the tinnitus, when it's masked with outside noise. It's like you are forgetting tinnitus. First time I used it, it took me maybe 7 seconds as I was trying to remember the ringing. Normally I could hear it...

From Severe to Very Mild Tinnitus and How I Did It with Mentha Arvensis Tea

Severe since December until about a month ago. The ear infection was long gone in December, using antibiotics. The castor oil mixture helped me on 2 occasions, and 100% not a coincidence. The first time, I woke up to the 3 sounds merging into one and that was the end of the multitonal...

I'll definitely try it out with a heat source next. Castor oil was the majority of the mixture that time I experienced a cure. That may be true, since it can reduce the severity, but the industry doesn't seem to care much. So Basically Once You Get Tinnitus, You're F**ked No Matter What Until Death

I agree, but more could be done to prevent people from getting it. Like showing the reality of living with it. It makes sense though, since any drug can disable or dampen that mechanism, which is what led me to having it chronically. Although that may not apply to everyone exposed to extreme sounds.
