I have spent the last couple of months researching info online.
Being an old retired guy – I have the luxury of time to do so
AND
the constant, 24/7 high pitched tone in my head is a hell of a motivation!
It's pretty easy to get misled, misdirected or otherwise confused and overwhelmed when researching tinnitus...
