I've had Tinnitus about 25-30 years.
At first, it was kinda quiet and in both ears, louder in right. In 2003 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and did chemo and radiation.
Before that was over, my right ear went deaf and the Tinnitus started to become more and more obvious.
I think I have something else going on too because I also hear music....sometimes it's a choir singing; sometimes a solo; sometimes sort of familiar tunes, sometimes not; sometimes my childhood favorites, hymns, Christmas carols; sometimes the same song will play over and over and over for more than a day.
And while they are doing their thing, I hear, in the background, sounds that remind me of what the background in a radio show office might sound - people all talking at once.
