The question is addressed to people who know a little more about the physiology of hearing.
Even when I had no tinnitus, when I used headphones, open or half-open, the right ear was always dominant, and when I pressed the headphone against my left ear, I could hear every instrument, vocals etc. more clearly.
And the same is true of hearing aids. When I put on the hearing aids, I can hear the difference between the ears immediately.
Is there any abnormality in me that could be corrected?
