You need to get yourself a DeLorean and do it properly ;)
Hi Ed,
Excellent proverb.
Btw, being from the same town DeLorean came from...DeLorean who was the father of the Pontiac GTO and Chevrolet Vega...latter being considered a very embattled design as a hedge against the oil embargo back in the 70's when gas prices spiked and gas was in short supply in America...DeLorean was a brilliant engineer who worked his way up the food chain at GM where he was a pariah who fought constantly with GM management...Delorean drove Maserati's and Ferraris to work at GM and wore $1K custom Italian suits and had movie star good looks at 6'4" and was married to a supermodel...he was basically hated at GM for his flamboyance and arrogance by many of their conservative top brass.

His car company...the DeLorean...a friend of mine had one in his collection and he just sold, that car basically sucked with its stainless panels, Gullwing doors and crappy underpowered engine. An awful underpowered sportscar FWIW...and of course it became part of legend due to the Back to the Future movie.
Cheers.

I never knew the finer points about DeLorean, the man, but I know quite a bit about the car. I know they were badly made and often had panel alignment issues as well. Back to the future is one of my favourite childhood films, so I have a fond place in my heart for the old DeLorean :)

I'll add a pic of me below with one of the studio originals at Universal in Florida. I had a sprained wrist at the time hence the splint.
