Cortisol!?
Since my onset, this has really been bugging me because I feel it can hold some answers in regards to having more low days. So I've been researching anything that can cause a "reset" in the body over a 48 hour period. I was researching cortisol and adrenal fatigue, and I came across several instances where people with adrenal fatigue have experienced a cycle of fatigue one day and no fatigue the next.

Not saying that everyone that has alternating T has adrenal fatigue but it might be caused from fluctuating cortisol levels or "burnouts" after high days. Low cortisol can cause inflammation so this might also explain if the people with alternating T have more of an inflammation issue.
Or, it could be opposite and the days with lower T are the "burnout" days where our ears/brains are exhausted from the stress activity from the higher day before.
Please challenge me or add to this but I feel this might be going in the right direction.
