Hang in there. It takes me 12-18 months to fully habituate to spikes. G-d bless.6 months have passed. However, my tinnitus has not improved. The pressure in my ears has not gone away.
I'm in month 5th month of a terrible spike. We can do this together. Please keep me informed.Thank you for your support. You give me the strength to endure this.
I hope my tinnitus goes down or I habituate.
I hope your tinnitus decreases. I will keep you updated. I hope I can deal with this.I'm in month 5th month of a terrible spike. We can do this together. Please keep me informed.
Sorry man, that's sad.Six and a half months have passed. Nothing has changed.
I'm taking Magnesium and vitamin D.@SadMan, you are not alone.
I'm in my 3rd month of tinnitus relapse after a 8 year tinnitus-free period. It took me almost 2 years after my tinnitus first appeared to habituate.
This time is much worse. Hissing, typewriter tinnitus, hyperacusis, insomnia, earaches. 2 months and no change.
Are you taking any supplements for the moment?
I am taking Magnesium bisglycinate, NAC, Melatonin, Tulsi tea.
It's very difficult for me to cope with it. And my biggest fear is that it could get worse. It's hard enough already.
That fear of getting worse is making it worse lol. I'm going through that.@SadMan, you are not alone.
