Has anyone heard of this or even better tried it?

I joined a very large Facebook group of users and some report improvement in tinnitus, others nothing, some got worse and some got tinnitus after starting detox.

Anyone with a quarter of a brain knows detox treating anything is NONSENSE.

Facebook members of the group seem to get all sorts of improvement with other problems.
It seems to be genuine because even negative experiences are there and not removed.
Maybe there is something to it but I'm very skeptical.
