Allergy Meds and Nasal Sprays (With No Bad Side Effect on Tinnitus)?

I have allergies and recently got off all medicine, I was taking xyzal and fluticasone propionate...

Does anyone have any recommendation for allergy medication or nasal spray that wont have any bad side effect on my tinnitus?

I have not yet tried it because my allergies are currently behaving, but my ENT advised using a nasal saline spray. Saline sprays are safe enough to use for infants, so I think they're very mild.

Everyone's allergies are different but I take Dymista, a prescription nasal spray, and O T C Allegra for mine. No tinnitus or hearing effects. Did your Xyzal cause them?

I use saline nasal spray and Silver nasal spray.

Oh, and if it's really bad I try to make sure I inhale eucalyptus.

No my allergy meds did not cause my T, but I heard it could make it worse...
