Almost No Sound? Curable? Treatments?

I recently noticed I have a beeping noise in the ear I hear best at (the right one) I believe it's in b4 or b5 I think it's like 1000 and a 1500 in terms of hkz or something? Anyway I play instruments go to concerts listen to videos and music all the time. And yesterday I woke up with my left ear kinda like with water but i don't believe it was. That's my most deaf ear I don't know what to do about it. The question is more about my right one! While closing my ear with my finger I noticed I had the beeping sound. It's only audible when I push my finger in my ear and it has to be very extreme silence for my ear to catch it but I'm still scared on if it's permanent. I produce music and stuff like that and I won't stop doing it completely but I do want to protect myself in the best way possible. And I will stop for some time if that's necessary. Is this type of tinnitus gonna disappear ? What should I do to treat it? And how do prevent it from happening again? Thank you for reading.
