I know ibuprofen is a bit of a no-no for us, but does anyone have any alternatives?
I'm dealing with a bursitis flare up in both hips and in a bit of pain. Because it's inflamation, it's been suggested I use ibuprofen but am a bit worried about using it for a few days/weeks in a row ...
Thanks :)

There is nothing wrong with occasional Ibuprofen if you don't go over the maximum recommended dosage.

Ibuprofen does not have the same effect on all cases of tinnitus. It aggravates some but not others. In my case, it doesn't affect my tinnitus.

Help - I am so confused! Everything I've heard / read on tinnitus and Ibuprofen or NSAIDs is that it causes ringing in the ears, but my ENT keeps telling me to take Ibuprofen for my jaw. Has anyone else been told this? I'm very reluctant to take it as I don't want to worsen my tinnitus. Advice greatly appreciated.
