Last week I was feeling really bad. Not only the tinnitus, but basically because I've accomplished very little of what I wanted in life. The tinnitus is just like the final straw. But, then I remembered some advice given below regarding Gratitude.
Remembering to feel gratitude for the things that are good in life is very helpful at increasing satisfaction. It seemed to help me. There are moments that go by when I forget about my tinnitus, or rare moments, when I actually don't hear it. I just need to remind myself to feel gratitude for those moments, on a regular basis, and it seems to help.
