Anybody Have Pulsatile Tinnitus & Hyperacusis and Have It Go Away?

Just wanted to know if anybody has pulsatile tinnitus & hyperacusis and has had it go away?

Mine hasn't, but I've only had it 5 months..., it totally drives me insane, I've had an mri, plan to have my carotids scanned shortly. How is yours going...?
