Anybody Have Tinnitus from Potential Mold Exposure?

Hi all,

I got tinnitus a couple of years ago out of the blue. A week later I had all these other bizarre symptoms that slowly passed. Had MRI/blood tests etc that all came back mostly fine. One thing that was identified was really low Vitamin D and positive EBV test.

About 2 months after I got tinnitus, my girlfriend also got tinnitus. I don't believe this was a coincidence.

My number 1 suspect for whatever is going is mold exposure. I can't really see it, but I sleep really close to the bathroom/toilet and also I have noticed our washing machine has had mold for a couple of years now. I never thought much about this before.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

@mrdude1234 ,
Mold can trigger allergies and that creates extra mucous in your sinuses,tubes and lungs so yes that can be a cause of tinnitus.
I would take a antihistamine to help stop the extra mucous till the mould is removed.
Hope that helps!

Love glynis

I can't really see any mould right now. I just worry its behind walls or in my pillows/mattress and has caused my issues.
