Anybody Recover from Acoustic Shock Disorder (ASD)?

If it helps, I suffered an acoustic shock and am now much better. It just takes a very very long time. Almost 2 long horrible years in my case.

I also had an acoustic shock 4.5 years ago and I recovered after 2 years. I was good for 2.5 years but now I'm having a setback after going to a bar. I'm afraid it will take 2 years to recover again. I have a tight stiff injured feeling in my ear.

What were your symptoms? When did you start feeling better?

Hey Shaun, could you please tell us what you did to get to the stage where you are now. Were you taking any supplements? Also, are you able to do most things and live a normal life?
