Anyone Have Hyperlipidemia?

I have hyperlipidemia, but not to the extent that I need medication yet. I've had it ever since I was in elementary school.

How do you manage your condition?

They told me to exercise, and I'm starting to work on that. I'm also eating more vegetables.
