Anyone Know a Good Dentist in Thailand That Is Tinnitus Sensitive?

Hi,
I live in the Chiang Mai area of Thailand and I need to get my wisdom teeth out.
Im very concerned about how the drilling will affect my Tinnitus. They have told me that my wisdom tooth needs to be cut up to remove.
If there is anyone out there that lives in the area that can recommend a good dentist or oral surgeon I would be forever grateful.
