Cause of Tinnitus
from ear infection
I've now been drinking Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother for three months. It took five weeks for it to start working. Now since that time I haven't had any ringing or hissing sound at all. I hear silence. Pure, quiet silence.

Apple Cider Vinegar is natural.

How much Apple Cider Vinegar? I have some of this already for reducing inflammation for other conditions but it doesn't have any "Mother" in it. Do you know what exactly Mother is?

The Apple Cider Vinegar must have the Mother in it. Mother is a fine sediment in the Apple Cider Vinegar. It's there because the Apple Cider Vinegar has not been filtered.

Bragg brand is found usually in health food shops. It has Mother.

You put one tablespoon into a glass of warm, filtered or spring water. Drink 3 times a day on empty stomach, 10 minutes before eating.

My tinnitus was caused by an ear infection and my GP just sat on his hands and ignored me. I stumbled on the Apple Cider Vinegar by the internet. I'm not a doctor nor am I saying that it works for everyone. It worked for me after a year of ringing and hissing. So I posted this in hope it may help others.

Here's my little update.

I first took the ACV Thursday night(1/11/2018). I noticed immediate results that night. Possibly placebo but I didn't have myself in a positive mindset expecting it to change anything. At best I thought, "We'll give this a month and see how it looks then." So I dunno. I just don't want to give anyone the false hope this will instantly cure them. I'm just noting my experience thus far.

So Friday morning comes around and I take my dose. The T is more around it's usual level, so I figured yeah it was probably placebo. Went to work and did my thing. Didn't take any with me to work, just figured I'll do two doses a day. Work usually helps drown out the T w/ the hustle and bustle of the office but by the time I get home my T will start to be more noticeable. I get home, take my 2nd dose and sure enough things start to calm down more but not to the level it did Thursday night. Still, it was enough of an improvement to satisfy me.

Saturday morning comes and my T is still about the level it was when I went to sleep, which was great. It seemed to get a tad bit lower, slowly, after I took my morning dose of ACV. Usually being at home, where's it's much quieter, I will notice my T more. So the weekends are usually a crap shoot with how "bad" it'll be. All day Saturday though, and all night, my T was at the same very low level.

Now it's Sunday morning and it's still doing well after my morning dose! I'm excited that it appears to be helping but also scared it's not the case at all and my T will spike out of nowhere. A good marker though is that it is now COLD AS FUCK again. I was out twice in below zero weather shoveling and figured that would mess my ears up a bit but my T is still the same low level. So maybe I just started getting better around the same time I decided to begin taking ACV? Who knows. Maybe I'm super sensitive to the positive effects of ACV. I never took it before... lol

Anyways, that's how it's going so far. I intend to keep taking it this way and will see what else happens. I wish everyone who tries the ACV the best of luck. It would be amazing if everyone had results like this. Just give it time though if not!!

My bottle of Bragg's ACV was running low so I added about 3 swigs instead of the normal 1. I saw a slight decrease in my tinnitus. I've been increasing the dosage in my smoothie. Maybe a slight drop in tinnitus, but my mood is better and I have more energy.
