why does my eyes feel off, cant even watch tv. its like things move just a little. or when looking at things they seem fake. like being on cold meds. its been like that every single moment since my ear went full and the noise started. Dr.s cant find anything

It could be some brain hyperactivity is affecting your visual cortex as well, sort of like a spill over from the auditory into the visual area of your brain. Nothing to do about it still, hopefully it will subside.

I just saw a neurologist, he told me tinnitus is all about the ears not the brain. Its obvious his career has been lived in a box. he chased me away.
