I regularly receive emails from the Unexplainable Store. Today's email was titled: The Mood Cure: Serotonin. It looked interesting, so I checked it out. While browsing the site, the tinnitus page appeared—even though I wasn't looking for it. Weird!
The site claims: "You can enjoy a ringing-free ear in as little as 5 minutes."
Well, does anyone feel like listening to the free sample on repeat for 5 minutes to see if it works?
On a serious note, has anyone tried this?
I'm not usually into binaural beats, but the isochronic tone version might be more appealing to me. If I decide to give it a shot, I'll let you know. It's been about a year since I last tried Universal Sound Therapy for tinnitus, so I might revisit it.
P.S. I haven't been around much lately—just busy with life. Honestly, coming here tends to make me focus more on my tinnitus. These days, I only notice it once or twice a day for about a minute, and when I do, I deliberately distract myself to shift my attention away from it. Being here has the opposite effect for me.
Love you all, though!
