Bad Day... There I Said It!

Since essentially habituating to my T early this year, I have always been upbeat and supportive here on TT ..... But I have to admit...I am having a bad day!! There, I said it. My T is crazy high pitch/volume and I am feeling bummed out. I do feel better already though just having shared this with you guys, my T family, as I know you get it!!

This will pass, and I will get back to my normal self. Just needed a boo hoo moment! Thanks for letting me vent!

You are much ahead of me in your T journey. And you helped me a lot with your posts.
I also have a super-loud day today. Multiple tones, high-pitched , oscillating.
I hope for the better tomorrow. Luckily it is weekend.

Having a hard time myself with new noises that joined the horrible one I already struggle with.

Hubby said I have to be positive but it's hard considering how unpredictable this condition is

Just when i think t doesnt matter anymore and i have a few setbacks..like you...just know this is temporary...and you will get back on top of it again. You were my inspiration in the beginning of my journey.

@James , thanks man! I am usually really positive, just had a weird outta the blue spike today that kinda rocked me! But jumped on TT and got some much needed encouragement and perspective!!
