Bad Weekend, Need Some Support

An update on things:

I know I shouldn't be monitoring my T but I am dealing with obsessive thoughts right now so let me be. The intermittent high pitched tone I hear last night is here again, but I didn't notice it when I got home with my foam earplugs. Why did it appeared later? I only look for it in my room is the only place I get to hear my T since I don't notice it outside.

Sleep last night was OK, woke up several times during the night dunno why. My ears still crack and I am a bit anxious but I have an appointment with a new ENT tomorrow that I hope engages and treats me well, and cares about my case. Hearing sensitivity... it's there but not as bad. My ears don't hurt like yesterday but I am sensitive to some sounds.

I'm starting CBT therapy on april 4th, and I still have my three sessions of talking therapy a week on, so I hope to get better. My dear and loved psychiatrist (no sarcasm) prescribed me seroquel for calming my anxiety (6mg every 6 hours) for a month, let's see how it goes.

I'm feeling a little positive right now, looking for habituation or something similar. Tinnitus Support Message Board is good.

That's it. Thank you to everyone who cares.

By the way.. where did you get the 33dBs earplugs?

¡Hola!
