Barometric Pressure

Hi Carlos1 -

There are an incredible number of things that can potentially affect tinnitus. Barometric pressure is one of them, but the mechanism is poorly understood ... and the effects (or lack thereof) vary greatly.

I suggest trying to look at the big picture. If you attempt to conduct your life in terms of what might or might not affect your tinnitus, you will very quickly paint yourself into a corner. The reason is because just when you think you have figured your tinnitus out - it will turn around, laugh at you, bite you in your aspic, and throw you a curve ball. Not a particularly pretty picture!

Here's something to keep in mind as you try to navigate these often muddy waters:

The only predictable thing about tinnitus is its unpredictability.

I know I didn't answer your question to your satisfaction, but hopefully my response has helped in some small way nevertheless.
