Could exercise be affecting my tinnitus? I started working out more last week, about five miles on an elliptical every other night.
Last night before I went to bed, I started hearing a weird beeping noise in my right ear. It was the weirdest thing.
Usually I have a constant high pitch tone in that ear but it turned into high pitched beeping, similar to that of a machine. I thought something was beeping in my house but the sounds all came from that ear. The beeps weren't regular either. It was kind of like morse code. It stopped after 2 or 3 minutes, but I'm constantly worried now that it'll come back.
I also took an advil for some cramps that morning which isn't the usual norm for me. I know there are certain medications you can take that make tinnitus worse.
Wondering what the cause of the beeping was and if it will come back
