Being Sensitive to Sounds When You Have No Tinnitus or Hearing Loss?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone experiences pain from loudness but has no tinnitus or hearing loss.

For example getting ear pain from the sound of dishes. Is this hyperacusis or just being sensitive to sound?

Ok, I meant like obvious hearing loss which they can tell themselves.

I get the hidden hearing loss part.
So one can have hyperacusis with hidden hearing loss, and no tinnitus?
