Bell Chimes in Ear

Hi.
Anyone had tinnitus like bell chimes in the ear? When i walk or run, i listen the bell.
It will disappear and T goes the head?
Is very annoying listening the bell when i walk (always!). I think i can habituate more easily if T goes to the head

Yes. That is one of my tones and how my T started. It sometimes turns from chimes into a high pitched ring.
