Not a treatment question per se, but since my latest flare up I haven't been listening to music much since the only headphones I have are the ear buds that came with my iPhone. Does anyone have recommendations for good headphones that won't disturb the T too much? Missing having that extra bit of distraction (especially on the subway or at work).

I find the ones that disturb my tinnitus the least are the open around-the-ear type, since they don't put any pressure on the ear and they don't block out ambient noise. But usually they're not as portable, but you can get some that are.

At home I've been using these for years and they're amazing, can't even tell you're wearing them:

At work I've been using the more portable ones:

They're both great and I recommend them.
