Hey everyone,

I got my blood work back and my cholesterol is high and vitamin D is low. Take a look at my chart and see if you think my things with a red H next to it causes T or makes it worse.

Thanks in advance!

Did you discover if this was the cause of your tinnitus? I also have high cholesterol and low Vitamin D. This was never discussed as a possible reason for my tinnitus. I would love to be cured with working on these two things!

interestingly I recently had a blood panel which also showed high cholesterol, low D.
I had low D (only 14) but normal cholesterol.

To be honest, so many people have low D (especially in Winter) that we can't really relate that to T. I am taking 2000 UI vitamin D3 supplement daily now.

It was put to me by a (admittedly not-very-good) ENT that high blood fats could affect flow through the cochlear artery.
