Blowing Sounds Down My Ear

Hey sarah here
at the moment i have a werid sansation in my left ear i dont know if anyone has it to but its sounds like a very loud someone is blowing down my ears i dont know why its doing that , it use to be low pitch but now i dont know at the moment any hints on whats it is ..
