Blue Lotus flower.

Yesterday when I searched the web I came across this:

The Blue Lotus was found scattered over Tutankhamen's body when the Pharaoh's tomb was opened in 1922. In the year 2000, Azru, an Egyptian mummy donated to the Manchester Museum in England in 1825, was the first mummy to undergo mass spectroscopy at Dr. Vic Garner's laboratory for forensic analysis in Manchester, England. Dr. Garner and Dr.Counsel found phytosterols, bioflavonoids, and phosphodiesterase (the active ingredient of Viagra) in Azru, all coming from the Blue Lotus. The phytosterols were nearly identical to ginkgo biloba – only richer! Dr.Counsel compared the bioflavonoids contained in the blue lotus samples to the tonic effects of ginseng, and noticed that the phosphodiesterase inhibitors are the same active compound found in Viagra. Pharmacognosist Dr. Elizabeth Williamson from the University of London compared blue lotus to ginkgo and noted that blue lotus appeared richer in flavones. Gingko is free radical scavenger and antioxidant. Blue Lotus would have been used for age related diseases and would be useful in mild Alzheimer's, migraine headaches, tinnitus, various conditions involving blood flow and circulation. This could be an important herb for both men and women, as it could be used as a natural herbal form of Viagra. Egyptologists Dr. Joan Fletcher from the University of Manchester and Dr. Lisa Manniche from the University of Copenhagen believe a continued use of blue lotus produced sexual vigor and general good health. Everyone thought blue lotus must be a narcotic, but were surprised when no narcotics were detected. Blue lotus was found to be loaded with health giving phytosterols and bioflavonoids and phosphodiesterase. It turned out to be one the greatest daily health tonics ever found.

I remembered that I got a free bag of this stuff a year ago when I bought my vaporizer. So I made myself a cup of Lotus flower tea. And I must saynot bad, not bad at all.
Doesn't change T at all but it is less intrusive. Also feel very content.

Will do this more often.

Mullein is also meant to help. But can't say if it does or doesn't.

Mullen tea I see. I must say This blue lotus flower is actually very pleasant. Not something during working hours coz it gives you an mild euphoric feeling and T is very far down in the back of my head oppose of right between the ears and in a weird way even kind of pleasant. The minute you focus on something else it seems gone from the mind very fast.

You can buy this stuff from a health store, put 5 grams in boiling water and let it sit for 10 min.

Might get some...I love the taste of rose tea, lavender and jasmine. So might as well try it for the taste at the very least.

So My T has been up and down the last couple of days and totally unpredictable. Even CBD oil , although relaxing, could not make any difference in pitch and loudness.
However I drank 3 cups of Blue lotus flower tea yesterday and that made a huge difference. I will try this again when my T returns in loudness. I also made an Apple Cider Vinegar solution for drops in my ears and a home made nasal spray with Himalayan salt and backing soda.

Today my T is very mild sometimes even not noticeable, not sure if this is due to the ACV or Lotus flower.
I do know that Lotus flower tea gave me an instant relief ( after half an hour) It managed to move my T very low into the back of my head instead of between my ears and it stayed there for a couple of hours almost like a hypnotic buzz.

Also had a nice warm fuzzy feeling almost like a mild mdma effect.

You are expressing typical T symptoms - this is how it goes or rather continues......so the cbd oil no longer works which is a real shame as had hoped to find something to help with it.......so now it is lotus flower? I think you have T and it will go up and down with nothing used maybe. How about an experiment? Dont take or use anything at all and see if it goes up down or stays the same over the next week - then you will know if it is do with stuff you use or just stuff like T ....what do you think? thanks
