Man, I love Indian food. When I used to live in Deutschland, I stayed with an Indian family...some of the best food eatin' years of my life....not sure about the tinnitus and curry thing though. I ate tons of it and still got T. I already tried the tumeric pills a couple years ago. Took them for a few months and nothing.
I think curcumin in turmeric is the key ingredient which may help tinnitus only when its the result of inflammation in inner ears ..also curcumin content has to be at least 95% in the pills to see some benefits..its not likely that one will see results by mere consuming lots of spices in my opinion .. Eric thanks for sharing your experience with turmeric pills .. I was also not very optimistic from the beginning but let's see if I have some success because I got T from concussion so maybe its a different type ? Will keep posted
I take turmeric powder which is good for brain boosting! Micheal Kane uses it too, so he can remember his lines. I also use it for headaches, so it's great as a painkiller!

I love curry flavour since I was a child. I often eat chicken, rice, eggs with curry powder, yumm! . My T seems not to be affected by that though. It's said that we are what we eat. So... basicaly every ingredient is good for our organism and contrubutes in renewing our body efficiently. No?
