I have some questions as someone who seems to be having it for the past month. Mine seems to have started quite randomly, although I may have experienced certain events that led to this happening.

How did it happen to you?

How long has it been?

Has it gotten better?

What steps do you take to cope?

I would love for someone to tell me everything I need to know, especially with regards to coping with and possibly making things better.

Hey Hariz.
I unfortunately think I might be developing myoclonus. My tinnitus started because I took anti-psychotic meds. But the past couple of days I've been hearing clicking noises.
What symptoms do you have?

Clicking noises might be a sign of Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. It's usually not bad though, so you might not have much to worry about.

My right ear(the affected one) reacts to some sounds, such as my own voice or a chair being dragged across the floor. It seems to be a distortion of some kind, although the sound that I hear is kind of high pitched. I hear something similar when I burp or yawn sometimes. I also have a neck sprain, which might be contributing to it in some way.
