I first experience tinnitus of some sort back in 2015. After much research I found that if I could calm my nerves; I could eventually improve and eventually my mind would ignore the noise. I have had 2 types of noises and they are currently diminished or sometimes even gone.

I suggest high dosages of "Tao in a bottle" as well as "Holy Basil by Organic India". Both products can be found online. I took more than the recommended dosage due to needing more to calm me down but eventually these 2 products as well as extensive exercise and proper diet helped. The diet is important because it helps to keep your blood pressure on check.

Best to all of you.

High or low blood pressure will always be affected by the food that an individual consumes as the person gets older the blood pressure fluctuates as well.

The key point is to try to maintain the blood flow in the body on point and hence helping the auditory cortex to have good blood flow. As you know there are no cures, and it's also very difficult to determine what causes tinnitus but the blood flow into the inner hearing cortex is also crucial in diminishing the auditory external noises.

Keeping a low salt and hydrated body can help to have a faster mental state of mind. Staying positive and setting up short term goals can also help in getting rid of the anxious feeling from tinnitus. One of the biggest things that helped me was that I always said to myself that "I was not born with this condition and I know that I am going to get better because it is not part of me and that it only developed as a result of some temporary condition, therefore I will be better again and I will be normal again" and eventually my mind took me into that condition of healing.
