Acoustic trauma (go-kart racing)
I went to bowling a few days ago and can it cause my T to get slightly worse? I put one earplug in my ear at home and another in my left ear in the bowling hall. I didn't insert the earplug in my left ear correctly but it still blocked most of the sound. I was also wearing my quiet comfort headphones on top of my earplugs. The music wasn't loud only thing that was quite loud were the bowling balls hitting the ground.

Now I am asking is it possible that my T got worse? (I was bowling for 50 minutes.)

I think you will be ok ,could just be the excitement etc .
Try relax and I'm sure the spike will be short lived.
Love glynis

Agree with Glynis. That shouldn't damage your ears. But your ears may be a bit unstable right now and so you feel it spiking a bit. However you need to enjoy your life which can help to defeat the tyranny of this T bully on your life. So enjoy the experience and relax. Take good care. God bless.

If you can have a conversation wth people standing next to you, than it's not too loud. I used to be very scared about doing a lot of things, in time you'll feel more comfortable with what works for you.

Best,
