Can Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Make Pre-Existing Tinnitus Worse?

Cause of Tinnitus
Noise Induced
I have tinnitus from noise exposure and recently an ENT stated after examining my nose that the lining of my nose in the back was red/blue and mentioned I had allergic rhinitis. I occasionally get full ears and do sneeze occasionally and notice my nose full in the mornings sometimes, so I tend to agree with him.

Is it a long-shot to believe that ETD could be making my already existing T worse?

I am not an ENT, but what you describe does not sound to me like Eustachian tube dysfunction. Best bet would be to ask the ENT who examined you to be sure.
