So I was just yesterday diagnosed on a second follow up visit to the ENT/audiologist with mild hearing loss in my left ear.
As part of that conversation, including about supplements, we discussed the fact that tackling general wellness can at least help, if only perception and just feeling better as a whole, and likely less anxious. As part of that thinking about general health, my goal is to lose weight.
Given that being overweight has affected my blood pressure, causing me to take medication (which are among the 400 or so with possible links to tinnitus), sleep (sleep apnea), and lack of regular exercise and the better circulation that comes with it, I can't help but wonder if losing weight and exercise might address tinnitus.
Has anyone had luck with this approach?
