Can I Wear Earmuffs All Day While I'm Out

im always outside and where i live and where i visit my family there alot of traffic and it scar me that i might get T because i expose myself to too much city traffic noise i cant avoided it its it safe for me to wear ear muff all day every day when i go out to block the noise

I would say take breaks when using hearing protection. Wearing ear muffs the whole day through every day might make you more sensitive to sounds

X 2. I used to have bad hyperacusis so much so that I had to wear ear plugs all the time. But like mmacabre, forum members advised me to be careful with developing sound sensitivity with too much ear protection. So I took off the ear plugs slowly and now my H is gone. Thanks goodness.
