Can Meloxicam Make Tinnitus Worse?

Is Meloxicam based on Aspirin? Will it make tinnitus worse? I have somatic tinnitus and moving neck causes noise to go up. Beginning physical therapy to try to work with neck.

Anyone with experience on this? Thanks!

I believe Meloxicam exacerbated my damage from Azithromycin. All NSAIDs are potentially ototoxic so I would avoid if at all possible and use low dose if needed personally.
