Can myringotomy and outer ear infection make you more easily to get noise induced hearing loss?
I had myringotomy done a month ago and a few days ago I was holding this warm bottle in my ear when I moved the bottle and it caused this loud "CLUNK!" sound. My tinnitus spiked and I felt some pain in my ear. I still feel a little bit pain...
My brother tested it and said it's a loud noise but that it doesn't hurt, but I'm panicking that I have caused some permanent damage.
