Unsure, under investigation
Has anyone in this community experienced tinnitus due to Paracetamol use? I'm keen to hear your stories.

It's reported that tinnitus caused by Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (Tylenol, Panadol) use can resolve or persist. Although research is relatively new, a study shows that consistent use can increase tinnitus emergence by about 20%.

Formerly, it was thought only Aspirin and Ibuprofen could cause tinnitus, but now it's thought Paracetamol may be quite ototoxic and can cause tinnitus.

If you have tinnitus caused by Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (Tylenol, Panadol), what is your experience? Did the tinnitus ever resolve?

Paracetamol, no, it won't cause or worsen tinnitus. Paracetamol is not for long-term use, though.
