Cardiac Coherence and Increased Tinnitus

Hello,

When doing cardiac coherence (deep breathing), my tinnitus increases strongly.

I also have a cold sensation in my body.

What do you think is the cause of this increase in tinnitus after breathing in and out?

Is it related to the muscles in the jaw, neck? Is there a connection with the tensor tympani muscle? Or the oxygenation of the ear?

For what time period does it increase after the breathing exercise? Are we talking about seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks?

Hello,

This tinnitus starts quickly and lasts for a few minutes or an hour at the most. This tinnitus frequency is in addition to the somatosensory modulated tinnitus frequencies already in place.
